On Wednesday, May 13, 2015 CSB will be performing system maintenance from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, which Online Banking will experience a service interruption. This system maintenance could also affect ATMs.
On Sunday, May 17, 2015 system maintenance is also scheduled, which will effect Mobile Deposit from 2:00 AM until 7:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create.

CSB Online Deposit Anywhere
Community State Bank of Orbisonia Deposit Anywhere Mobile Deposit Service allows you to make deposits to a Consumer Checking or Savings account that may be used in connection with the Deposit Anywhere Mobile Deposit Service and the functions within our Mobile Banking Service application (Mobile App) to scan checks and to transmit the images of the checks and associated data to us. In order to use the Service, you must be enrolled in Community State Bank of Orbisonia Online Banking Service and our Mobile Banking Service application (Mobile App) must be installed on your Wireless Device. Customer Security Alert: Robotic Phishing Phone Call
Please be aware of a fraud scheme that is attempting to deceive banking card customers of their card information. Fraudsters are using an automated system to call claiming to be representing Barkley Card Fraud Detection and pressing "1" to be connected to a "detection specialist". Immediately the call is asking for card information including card number, expiration date, and PIN number. If you receive a call like this please disconnect the call immediately. These calls are being received on both land line and mobile phone numbers.
While not new, telephone scams continue to cheat unsuspecting consumers. Whether being concealed as a computer company, fraud detection agency, or bank, this brand of fraudster usually requests consumers to share their sensitive personal information, such as social security numbers or payment card account details.
The most important thing to remember in these situations is to never give card, banking, or personal information to someone who calls you. While your financial institution may call to report suspicious activity or to confirm that you made a particular transaction, you will not be asked to provide your account information. If this happens to you, dial the number on the back of your payment card to verify the call. Never use the telephone number the caller provides.
Scammers continue to call, because they sometimes succeed. If you are suspicious, end the call immediately. Better to be safe than scammed. Customer Alert: Community State Bank of Orbisonia does not contact customers about card activation. We have received reports of a suspicious call regarding card activation status or stating your card has been deactivated. This is a fraudulent call, if you have any questions about this type of call or the potential calls you may receive about your ATM or Debit Mastercard please call your local branch office or our electronic banking department at (800) 626-2130.
