If you are a non-profit located in our market area and would like to request a donation, please follow the instructions below.

Donation Request Guidelines

1. Application must be submitted at least one month prior to your event.
2. Organization must be located within the market area of Community State Bank and its branches.
3. Application must be completed in full and include
   1. Complete name and address of organization
   2. Contact person’s name & title, address, phone number and email.
   3. Tax Identification number of organization
4. Details of request: include the date and time of event, where the event will be located and how the donation will benefit the organization.
5. One request per organization per year.
6. Requests for individual projects cannot be accepted.

CSB Continuing Education Scholarship

To be eligible for this scholarship, the applicant must be a graduating high school student residing in a school district within our market area and accepted into a post-secondary school.

All application materials must be turned in to Community State Bank. Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
